The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Development Affairs at Oromia State University is responsible for managing the university’s administrative operations and development initiatives. It oversees key directorates, including the Directorate of Human Resource Management, which handles staff recruitment and development; the Directorate of Budget, Finance, and Procurement, which ensures financial efficiency; and the Property Management Directorate, which oversees asset utilization. Additionally, the Trainee and Student Facility Services Directorate focuses on student welfare, while the General Services Directorate manages logistics, security, and other essential services. Collectively, these units work to enhance the university’s operational effectiveness and sustainable growth.
