OSU LEADERSHIP
As per its leadership, the university is governed by the board at supreme level and led by a President who is assisted by four vice presidents:

The university also houses the Institute of Leadership Development, which plays a crucial role in fostering leadership skills and capacity-building programs for public and private sector professionals. Each office within the university structure functions collaboratively to ensure the institution’s goals align with regional and national educational priorities. This well-defined organizational framework enables OSU to effectively deliver quality education, conduct impactful research, and engage with the community while maintaining operational efficiency.
