Welcome to Registrar Office

The Office   of   the   University   Registrar   carries   on   the   duties   and   responsibilities given to it in close cooperation with relevant academic units and other offices of the University. The Office of the Registrar shall have the University Registrar,   the Deputy (Associate) Registrar and Associate registrar for System (SIMS) administration and Admission Officer      . All matters of   employment of the Deputy Registrar and Academic Record Heads, and College/Institute Associate Registrars shall be in accordance with policies, principles and rules governing other support staff of the University.

The Central Registrar, Directorate is a unit of the University responsible for all operational matters pertaining to student admissions, student selection and placement, follow up overall student registration, scheduling of courses, academic records of all the Schools/College/Department and graduation (Students information management system (SIMS)). Further, it is responsible for keeping up-to-date overall information of the university (student status, staff and resource etc.). It carries on the duties and responsibilities set forth in the provisions of this chapter in close cooperation with other offices of the University.

The goal of the Office is to accomplish the mission of the University by providing a Client (Student, Trainee, Research, and Mentor) who is competitive and certified (honest and true) in all categories (education, training, Research, and Mentoring offered by Universities.

The mission of Central registrar is to develop Citizens (Educated, Trained, Researched, and Advised) with accurate document and seeing our country free from middle income countries and the use of false evidence.
