The president of "Tallinn University, Estonia (Europe)" led by Professor Dr. Katrin Niglas to work with Oromia Regional University and signed an agreement (Memorundum of Understaning[MoU]).
Leaders from the organization called "Coalition on Media and Education for Development Africa Forum (CAFOR)" who came from this group have participated in this discussion.
The president of YNO, Dr. Garramu Hulluka, the university is working hard to achieve its mission and specially the research that focuses on solving the problem (action research) has stated that the university is unique.

"Tallinn University" and "CAFOR" have agreed to work with YNO on training, education and opportunities abroad, research, women empowerment and "digital library".
Basically, the leaders of the two universities: YNO president Dr. Garramu Hulluka and I/A president of "Tallinn University" Professor Dr. Katrin Niglas have signed an agreement. It is understood that the agreement signed will last for five years.
The organization called "Coalition on Media and Education for Development Africa Forum (CAFOR)" has also agreed to sign an agreement to enter into action.
